#1 Allstate Agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career minded individual to join our successful sales team. Please only apply if your interest in a Sales career. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for growing our Auto, Home, Life, and business insurance. We are a fast paced Allstate Agency in the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho area and need a goal orientated, hard-working individual to help us expand our market share.

Requirements & Responsibilities Include:

  • A track record of success in consultative, solutions-oriented sales OR experience in the insurance industry. 1-2 years sales experience is required.
  • The ability to conduct needs based selling, including: Prospecting, building and managing a pipeline, Making Calls, conducting needs analysis, developing solutions and writing proposals, presenting proposals and closing deals
  • The ability to increase sales in a competitive marketplace

Additional Qualities Needed:

  • Strong self-motivation, goal-orientation and a high-energy, positive approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to multi-task and handle pressure
  • A goal-oriented mindset

  • Property and Casualty License (assistance in obtaining licenses)
